I grew up around the military culture, and I see how much experiencing something traumatic can impact the ability to move forward. I want to create a safe space, without judgment, where young adults and adults can rediscover who they are and what they can be, no longer being defined by their circumstances. My approach centers around you and where you want to be. You are driving the bus that I am just helping navigate utilizing humor along the way. In therapy, I draw from CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, Faith-Based practices, EMDR and ERP. Clients often say, with a smile, “thank you for hearing me and helping me find the first step” when they leave their sessions.
