I love being a consistent, supportive presence in someone’s life and watching them grow, gain confidence, and feel more in control. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that align with your values and goals.

In our work together, I often draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT to give you practical tools while also helping you explore deeper patterns and emotions. I especially enjoy working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem concerns, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Beyond my work as a therapist, I enjoy hiking in the mountains, skiing, discovering new music, and photography!
