I became a therapist after starting as a behavioral health technician, where I had the privilege of supporting someone during a time they needed it most. Inspired by the social workers around me, I pursued my education and licensure to provide care in a deeper, more meaningful way.
Clinically, I meet clients where they are, tailoring interventions to their developmental level and needs. I apply DBT and Core Memory Integration (CMI) techniques, creating a safe, supportive space where clients, especially children, can build coping skills, process experiences, and feel more understood and empowered.
