I became interested in therapy through working with people who have chronic illness and seeing how beneficial mental health support is to physical health. Research clearly supports the reality that trauma can cause and exacerbate health challenges. In our daily lives we often lose the space to connect with ourselves at a deeper level. I want to create a space where you feel safe to explore all the parts which make you uniquely yourself, and to listen to and support you in healing the parts that have been left unheard.
