As a graduate intern, I want to become a therapist because I have always been drawn to helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with compassion, understanding, and hope. Through my work in behavioral health and crisis settings, I realized I wanted to build lasting therapeutic relationships that empower clients to heal, develop resilience, and create meaningful change.
I am warm, calm, and approachable while maintaining professionalism. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected, and I value collaboration by meeting each person where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique strengths and goals.
