Emily Ropicky, LAC, therapist at Transitions Counseling and Consulting in Goodyear, Arizona

Emily Ropicky,

LAC
Therapist
Age groups served: Ages 13 and older
Appointments: In Office and Telehealth in Arizona

I became a therapist because of my own personal difficulties with mental health at a young age, fueling my inspiration to help people going through similar experiences and struggles. I always wanted someone to walk alongside me on my mental health journey, thus I became that person to walk alongside others and to provide the support needed for long-term growth and change. I specialize in working with young adults, college students, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating life transitions, identity, and mental health challenges. My approach is warm, humanistic, and relationship focused. I believe healing happens through connection and self-discovery. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and change. I use tools from EFIT, DBT, CBT, ACT, and grief-informed practices to support each person’s unique path. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you build your authentic and fulfilling life.

I am supportive of LGBTQ+ and come from a background of being born and living overseas.
