I became a therapist after working at an eating disorder treatment center and later as a group facilitator at a nonprofit, where I supported LGBTQIA+ individuals and adolescents in skills-based groups and saw how meaningful change can happen when people feel truly understood. Most recently, my three years working at a crisis center deepened my commitment to helping people navigate intense emotions and difficult moments with compassion and steadiness.
In our work together, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself and exploring what matters most to you. I use approaches like DBT and CBT to help you build practical skills, better understand your emotions, and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels supportive and manageable, so therapy feels not just helpful, but grounding and collaborative.
