Therapy and counseling office at Transitions Counseling and Consulting

Nina Stepp,

Intern
Graduate Intern
Age groups served: Ages 13 and older
Appointments: In Office and Telehealth in Texas

I was drawn to the field of therapy through personal experiences with grief, loss, and navigating significant life challenges, which deepened my understanding of how profoundly these experiences can shape one’s emotional well-being. These moments in my life highlighted the importance of having a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process pain and rebuild a sense of stability and hope, and they ultimately inspired my commitment to this work.

As an intern, I strive to provide a calm, grounded, and compassionate space where clients feel respected, heard, and supported at their own pace. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools as we work together toward meaningful and sustainable growth.

Supervised graduate interns have availability at a reduced private pay rate for a select number of clients.
