I have always been interested in what makes a person who they are. As I began to notice those things in the people around me I became keenly aware of the pain, fear, and other aspects that contributed to their story. I became a therapist because I wanted to be able to help people to heal and work through those things in order to be the kind of person they want to be and to be able to achieve their goals. My approach is collaborative and client-focused. I have been told I am easy to talk to while offering direct yet compassionate care.
