My aim is not to treat you, but to accompany you. Not to work on you, but to work with you. To accompany you and to work with you on your path of healing is an immense and irresistible privilege. That’s why, for me, being a Counselor is more than a career. It’s a calling to help you restore your joy and dignity in life.
I see my sessions as moments of sanctuary where you can be totally and fully yourself, as you are, entirely free, without fear of judgment. I embrace all and reject none. Are you human? You are welcome here. Are you struggling or suffering? Take a seat. I’m all ears.
Among the primary tools that I use in my counseling “toolbox” are EMDR, existential therapy, mindfulness, play therapy (yes, even for adults), and reality therapy.
