I became a therapist after experiencing my own challenges with anxiety and depression and getting the chance to understand the importance of support in the coping process. Having someone there to listen and validate how I was feeling encouraged me to one day provide the same support to others. When working with me, my goal is to foster a safe space for you to share the weight of life’s challenges and to work with someone who holds no judgment and is ready to walk beside you as you recognize and use the strengths you already have to overcome the obstacles set in your path.
