From a young age, I found that having connection with others was the most important part of my life because it reminded me that I am never alone in any challenge I face. I became a therapist to continue to build meaningful connections that help people feel understood and heard, even if it is just by one person. When we work together, my goal is to follow your pace and gently guide you to heal from what has hurt you. In our sessions, I implement therapies such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more. My approach is based in accepting our realities so that any change you make –no matter the size– feels approachable and gives you the confidence to continue to build a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and worth living. In therapy, our work is centered around you and your needs, and I am there to guide you and root for you in every step of the way.
