I became a therapist after losing a friend to suicide, an experience that opened my eyes to how easy it can be to miss the signs that someone is struggling. After later experiencing anxiety myself, I became deeply committed to supporting others and helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
Clinically, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I approach therapy with empathy, collaboration, and a focus on helping individuals build practical tools to navigate challenges and improve their well-being.
