I became a therapist out of a desire to support individuals and families through trauma and life’s toughest transitions, a commitment I expanded through international study of mental health care in India. My work on crisis hotlines, in hospitals, and in schools has shown me the power of compassionate, trauma-informed care across all ages. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, person-centered approach, meeting you where you are and adapting evidence-based tools to fit your needs, strengths, and goals. My cross-cultural training informs my practice, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen and supported.
