Therapy and counseling office at Transitions Counseling and Consulting

Alexandria Devine,

Intern
Graduate Intern
Age groups served: Ages 6 and older
Appointments: In Office and Telehealth in Arizona

I’ve known since childhood that I was meant to work in mental health, it’s a calling I’ve never questioned. I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the way healing happens through connection, understanding, and helping people remember the strength they already carry inside them.

In our work together, you can expect a gentle, grounding, and deeply empathetic space where your emotions are honored and your power is reflected back to you. My approach is strengths-based and holistic, weaving in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous-system-supportive practices to help you channel pain into growth and creativity. I enjoy supporting clients of all ages. My goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and capable of transforming your story on your own terms.

Supervised graduate interns have availability at a reduced private pay rate for a select number of clients.
