My journey into counseling grew out of years of leading non-profit programs and walking alongside individuals through major life transitions. While building community frameworks was deeply fulfilling, my heart was always in the quiet, behind-the-scenes moments; listening to personal stories and supporting people as they navigated uncertainty. Through my work in outdoor and experiential settings, I also saw firsthand how intentional, natural environments help people slow down, drop their guard, and reconnect with themselves. Today, I weave evidence-based clinical practice and systemic thinking together with a warm, nature-informed approach to care. My goal is to create a grounded, authentic space where clients feel truly seen and empowered to author their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
