Becoming an effective social worker has been my goal since age 16. For the past 25 years I have been honing multiple skillsets to strengthen my mission to serve the community. Helping others cultivate and maintain enhanced quality of life is my passion! As a therapist, I strive to aid clients in identifying their core issues, then develop customized skills to reduce to symptoms, aid communication and improve overall quality of life. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, change of life and coping with chronic medical conditions. I enjoy applying CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused and motivational interviewing techniques.
