Mary Hand,

LAC
Therapist
Age groups served: Ages 6 and older
Appointments: In Office and Telehealth in Arizona

I chose to become a therapist because I’ve always felt passionate about helping people. This passion was deepened during my time working as a behavioral health technician at a residential substance use disorder treatment center, where I had the privilege of witnessing the resilience and growth of individuals on their healing journeys. Those experiences inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others on their paths to healing and growth. My background as Latina also informs the perspective and connection I bring to this work. In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where you can explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, and IFS, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
