I became a therapist because I believe life and humanity cannot be fully understood in black and white; so much of our experience exists in the grey area where people are trying to find where they belong. My work is rooted in helping clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences so that they can move through the world with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Working with me clinically means being seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis. I use a person-centered approach to understand who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go, while creating a collaborative space where growth can include honesty, laughter, and even moments of joy along the way.
