I became a therapist because, during the pandemic, I saw how meaningful therapists were in providing others with a safe space to navigate their feelings and achieve their goals. This led me to pursuing a career in therapy so I could have the opportunity to support others in their journey through difficult times. My approach to therapy includes person-centered, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused lenses with the goal of understanding you, meeting you where you are, and empowering you to succeed in your endeavors.
