I became a therapist after my time as a victim advocate in a domestic violence program, where I witnessed firsthand how vital it is to have a safe, non-judgmental space for healing. That experience deepened my passion for supporting others through life’s challenges. My goal is to offer an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to process emotions, explore their identities, develop practical skills, and build resilience. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
