I was drawn to counseling through my passion for psychology and public health, and by seeing how deeply people benefit when they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I believe being truly present with someone, walking alongside them, is a meaningful source of healing, and it continues to guide me today. My approach centers on instilling hope by creating a collaborative, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences and re-author their lives to foster growth and healing.
