Why I Became a Therapist:
I chose this profession after seeing how life-changing it can be to have someone truly listen without judgment. Those experiences inspired me to pursue counseling so I could help others feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

As a graduate intern, my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches to support each person’s unique needs. Clients often describe me as grounding and approachable, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to grow at a pace that feels right for you.
