What led me to this work was seeing how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported in difficult times. I want to be part of that process, helping people reconnect with their strengths, feel less alone in what they’re carrying, and move toward the life they want. My approach is client-centered, which means I’ll meet you right where you are with no pressure to be anywhere else. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can breathe, be yourself, and know you’re not alone in what you’re working through. When trauma is part of your story, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support healing without having to relive all the details. I also draw on CBT and other evidence-based tools to help you notice patterns, build coping skills, and feel more grounded. Whether we’re untangling something heavy or finding a moment to laugh, my goal is for you to feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.
