Why are we switching to a new electronic healthcare record (EHR) system?

Modern Conveniences for Our Clients

On September 30th, 2024, we are transitioning to a new Electronic Healthcare Record system, called Opus. This new system offers numerous modern conveniences such as improving the ease of requesting appointments, viewing medical records, signing documents and treatment plans, paying invoices, and communicating with your provider – including accessing your telehealth appointments.

Better Communication with Our Team

Opus also expands our clinical team’s ability to seamlessly coordinate care with other providers. This supports safety and strong clinical outcomes. The system also offers enhanced features to help clinicians and clients collaborate on treatment goals and make adjustments as needs change over time.

Begin Patient Portal Registration

You will receive an email from Opus with a link inviting you to register for the new patient portal. Please register for the portal by following the on-screen instructions included in the email. The portal will contain your records, appointments, telehealth links, billing and payment information, and will be our secure platform to communicate. If you have trouble registering, please reach out to your provider as we may need to verify your email address or date-of-birth.

Click this link to access our guide on setting up your patient portal account and reviewing and signing documents before your appointment.

Please note: You will still have access to your information in the previous system’s patient portal and could incur bills for services prior to the switch on September 30th, 2024.

Complete Self Check-In

After registering for your patient portal, you’ll receive an email notification that you have new documents to review and sign. Please review your information and complete the forms. Signing consent forms and uploading insurance information is easiest to complete before your first appointment with the new system. Not all steps will be necessary when checking in for future appointments, such as financial information and consent forms.

Tip: Reviewing and signing documents can be completed on a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device.

Sign Forms

For the best experience, complete electronic forms before your first appointment with the new system. Keep an eye out for the forms below:
