I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported—especially those whose stories aren’t always recognized. I have a sibling with developmental and neurodevelopmental disabilities, and I was drawn to the field through recognizing that there is a lack of accessible mental health resources for individuals with disabilities, so I have a personal goal of changing that. During sessions, I use a collaborative and strengths- based approaches, tending to most often pull from CBT, DBT, and also have training in ERP.
