Therapy can inspire us to recognize and honor our values and build awareness of how to get what we want out of our lives, our relationships, and ourselves – and that is what I hope to help my clients do. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and know that your problems are not a burden. I take an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from DBT, ACT, and person-centered interventions. My focuses are individual counseling, couples counseling, and group therapy services.
