I became a therapist because I want to provide people with a safe space to feel recognized, understood, validated, and supported- regardless of background, experiences, and personal challenges. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with specialized training in clinical trauma and provide client care with a foundation based in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Person-Centered approach. With a deep commitment to client-centered care, I work collaboratively with individuals to navigate complex emotional experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience.
