Becoming a therapist was something that I knew I wanted to do when I was younger, after seeing a difference it makes for those who are dealing with challenges that life throws at them. I learned that being a therapist means we’ll work together as a team, with you playing an active role in the process. My goal is to guide and support you, but the real work comes from your involvement. Through approaches like EMDR and talk therapy, I’ll help you process challenging experiences, with the goal of strengthening your ability to face life’s challenges with confidence. Many clients report feeling calmer, more in control, and less isolated after our sessions.
