I’ve seen and felt how powerful it can be when someone finally feels understood, especially when they’ve spent time masking, shrinking or questioning themselves. As a therapist, my goal is to create a space that feels safe enough to show up as you are and supportive enough to grow in the ways that matter to you. I enjoy working with teens 15+ and adults navigating questions around identity (like gender, sexuality, or relationship structure), neurodivergence and trauma recovery. My approach is collaborative and direct, and modalities I use include DBT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and a trauma-informed, identity affirming lens. I provide therapy for individuals, as well as diverse relationship structures.
