I’ve been fascinated by psychology since I was a kid, but I truly fell in love with counseling after talking to people in the field and getting to see the real change they could inspire in their clients’ lives. Now, after earning a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in counseling, I’ve gained experience helping people identify and overcome the negative beliefs and assumptions that can hold them back, while also developing practical problem-solving skills. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I work alongside my clients to identify challenges, build on their strengths, and create a safe space where they can explore, grow, and find the courage to thrive.
