I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Sand Tray therapy, Circle of Security Parenting, EMDR, Perinatal Mental Health, Expressive Art Therapy, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Families, and play therapy. I love working with parents and children, and I prefer an approach that engages people through activities and experiences in addition to traditional talk therapy. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy baking and creating art of any kind.
When helping clients achieve their treatment goals, I start by working with them to identify clear and achievable objectives. Together, we explore the obstacles that may be getting in the way and determine the best approaches to address them. I often use experiential activities such as art, drawing, and movement to support insight and help clients move through barriers to their goals.
