I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply interested in understanding people’s stories, how they make meaning of their experiences, and how they grow through challenges. What drew me to the profession was the opportunity to sit with individuals in some of their most vulnerable moments and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and supported. I’m inspired by the resilience people can find within themselves, and I wanted to be part of helping others uncover that strength. Therapy allows me to combine my compassion for others with my curiosity about human behavior, and to do work that feels truly purposeful and impactful.

I use a person-centered approach while integrating CBT and DBT to help support clients, allowing them to maintain autonomy over their therapy experience and gently guide them to learn and use skills that help them achieve a better quality of life.

Christian and willing to incorporate faith into sessions as requested.
