I use an integrative approach to treatment, tailoring strategies to meet each individual’s unique needs. While person-centered at my core, I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, existential therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
