I chose this profession because I value human connection. Life can present us with so many challenges that gaining perspective toward healing is what most clients are searching for to find solid ground. In our sessions, I want to establish a strong therapeutic alliance that focuses on building trust and for the client to learn about my professional background and the frameworks I use in the clinical space. My approach is collaborative and person-centered; we will always move at a pace that feels right and develop goals that are reflective of client needs.
My clinical specialties include working with veterans, clients that identify as BIPOC, and young adults.
