Transitions Counseling and Consulting is dedicated to providing specialized outpatient mental health treatments for veterans, adolescents, and emerging adults. Our team includes clinicians who are Veterans themselves, as well as clinicians who specialize in the treatment of adolescents and emerging adults. We understand the unique challenges and needs of these groups of people, and we provide timely care that can make a real difference in their lives.
