I have extensive mental health and organizational experience and have had the privilege of working with clients from many different backgrounds. As the director of clinical services, I develop and manage clinical programs and supervise emerging mental health counselors. I work with clients ages 6 and older and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I’m particularly interested in supporting clients with autism, family conflict, relationship issues, and emotional trauma. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I share my home with several rescued pets.
The part of being a counselor I value most is supporting clients as they move toward a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.
