For example, you may have trouble sleeping, lose interest in favorite activities, gain or lose weight, contemplate suicide, and think that life isn’t worth living. Depression can affect anyone, however it tends to start during the late teens through the mid-20s. Luckily, this condition is treatable and many people are able to effectively manage their depression using different techniques.
